April 24, 2008 Dear Friend of ETS, The 61st Annual Meeting of The Evangelical Theological Society will be held in the Sheraton and J.W. Marriott Hotels, downtown New Orleans. The dates are November 18-20, 2009. The conference theme is, “Personal and Social Ethics.” Exhibitors may begin selecting booths at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. If you would like one or more 8’ X 10’ pipe and drape trade show booths at the conference, please e-mail or FAX me your requested booth(s) beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2009. Email requests are probably more efficient than phone or fax. Selections arriving before that time will not be considered until the next day. I will confirm your reservation by e-mail, phone, or FAX, then allow seven (7) days for your check and completed reservation form to arrive here, making your selections permanent. As usual, items may be sold from your booth(s). Each booth is professional pipe and drape with a one line 7” X 44” I.D. sign. Tables and other specific items may be ordered from the decorator. The attached display chart shows the location of each booth by number. The Napoleon Ballroom is on the third floor of the Sheraton Hotel, 500 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70130. As last year, GES will be our decorator. GES has an office inside the Sheraton Hotel. Details concerning shipping and the ordering of other items for your booth will be sent to you by the decorator about sixty days before the show.
