2011 Annual MeetingThe 63rd Annual Meeting of the Evangelical Theological Society will be held Wednesday through Friday, November 16-18, 2011 at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis (55 Fourth Street) and the Parc 55 Wyndham (55 Cyril Magnin Street). The exhibit hall will be in the Marriott's Golden Gate Exhibit Hall. Booth space is still available. If you are interested in space, please contact us. Exhibitor Space PackageThe cost of each booth space includes an 8' x 10' pipe and drape booth, 7" x 44" ID sign, 3 exhibitor credentials (necessary for access to exhibit hall and program sessions), 3 copies of the printed program, and listing in the printed program. (Space must be contracted by June 30, 2011 for guaranteed inclusion in the printed program.) Internet and/or electrical service, furniture, and other exhibit services are not included. Annual Meeting Program AdvertisingEach year the Annual Meeting program is mailed to Society members and to non-members who register for the conference. Reaching an average of 5000 individuals, the Annual Meeting program is an excellent way to advertise your products, institution, or conference. Reservations for ad space in the 2011 program made be made with this form. Full page ads are $950 each. Reservations must be made by June 15, 2011. Final ad copy is due to the publisher (B&H Publishing Group) by July 22, 2011. Payment is due by August 22, 2011. Exhibitor ServicesGES will again be our services provider. Exhibitors may order tables, chairs, etc. from GES. The Exhibit Services Manual will be sent out electronically to all exhibitors in late summer.
