  • Session details will be emailed to you and your participants for review

July

  • The program draft will be made available online for review
  • Final edits to titles, affiliations, presenters, or rooms need to be submitted by July 31st
  • *******Any edits made after July 31st will not be included in the printed program********

September

  • Program Chair will be emailed the following session details for review:
  1. Need for a head table and chairs
  2. AV requested
  3. Number of table microphones allocated for your panel

October

  • Deadline for requesting AV is October 31st
