The Proposal Process

Step 1: Login to the Website

If you do not have a user id and password for the website, click here to register for a web user account.

If you do not remember your login information, do not create a new user account. Click here to request a new password or click here to request your username. If you need additional assistance, please contact us.

If you request a new password, or username reminder, and do not receive the automated reply within two hours, please check your spam folder. Many users find their filters incorrectly tag our automated replies as spam. If the automated reply is not in your spam folder, please contact us for assistance. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a reply from our administrative staff.

Step 2: Start the Proposal Process

To begin the proposal process, click Submit a Paper Proposal in Annual Meeting Proposal System menu at left.
