Call for Papers
2010 Northeastern Regional meetings call-for-papers
Dear area colleagues,
Below you will find a call-for-papers for our ETS Northeast Regional group. This invitation has been sent out early this year (August, 2009) to encourage area professors to supervise their students in researching, writing, and reading a paper at the 2010 meeting. We also hope that area pastors who have never attended a conference or who have never presented a paper will plan on it. The additional time for preparation should prove helpful to study what is involved as well as to run the paper, in draft, by a friend who can provide input.
We hope you will plan on attending the meetings on April 17, 2010. Please also use the informational flier in one or more of the following ways:
• For your personal records.
• For your school or church bulletin board.
• For you to forward to a potentially interested friend.
• For you to hand out to your students who are ready to read a paper.
In short, please try to promote and invite anyone in the Northeastern region who would benefit from doing a paper. In fact, please try to do one of each of the above-listed ways to promote our conference and regional group.
Although it is early, the meetings will be here before you know it.
