Please Click here to file a claim if you have not received a JETS issue from your current membership or subscription period. To assist us in processing your claim, please include the following information in the contact form.

Claims for missing issues must be filed within 18 months of the publication date.

  • Your current mailing address
  • Your current email address

JETS issues are produced in March, June, September, and December each year. The chart below indicates our typical delivery schedule.
Claims filed before the posted delivery date will not be processed.
