2020 Annual Meeting

Thank you for your patience as we get our virtual platform up and running.

The ETS Annual Meeting will be held Monday, November 16th to Friday, November 20th. The virtual platform will go live on Monday, November 9th so that attendees can view pre-recorded paper presentations ahead of the live features. The live component of conference will begin on Monday, November 16th. During this week we will have live panel sessions and live Q&A for pre-recorded presentations. The plenary addresses and presidential address will be pre-recorded and released at a predetermined time. All live components of the meeting will be recorded and made available for viewing.

The exhibit hall will be open from 8:30 AM on Monday, November 16th to 9:30 PM on Friday, November 20th. All times are EST.

Exhibit Hall Portals

The exhibit hall portal provides a virtual room attendees can enter to meet with you and your staff, view pre-recorded videos, access uploaded advertising and informational pdfs, and initiate conversations by chat with the exhibitor. As an exhibitor, you can see who is visiting your booth in real time, initiate conversations with attendees at your booth, reach out to attendees who visited your booth at any time during the conference, and scan the list of conference attendees to make connections. You can also turn chats into video conversations that include screen sharing. At the end of the conference you will be sent the names and email addresses of everyone who stopped by your portal during the event.

Once an attendee clicks on the Exhibit Hall tab the names of the exhibitors appear as a row of names. The first exhibitor in the list opens automatically whenever an attendee clicks on the Exhibit Hall tab. The first 7 exhibitors typically display on the first page of an attendee’s desktop. Additional exhibitors can be scrolled through or searched for in the search bar at the top of the list. Exhibit portals can also be tagged to allow attendees to search by type of booth (e.g. publisher, school, ministry). Please see the chart below for exhibit portal pricing. Exhibit portals will be sold in order through the points system and include 3 staff managers. Additional staff managers cost $50 each.

Exhibitors also have the opportunity to purchase the lead retrieval upgrade. The lead retrieval upgrade costs $99 and can be purchased through the exhibitor portal once it is set up.

The Lead Retrieval Upgrade includes:

  • Live attendee lead sheets
  • A video exhibit booth which allows attendees to click a “Join Live” button and join the exhibitor’s live video stream
  • They instantly join a live video meeting with up to 25 fellow attendees and exhibit staff members
  • Exhibit staff members can share their screens and run full presentations or demos in real-time as they would on-site

Virtual Portal Order Price

  • Top position (Opens when exhibitor tab is clicked) $6000
  • Positions 2 - 7 $3,500
  • Positions 8 - 14 $2,000
  • Positions 15 - 21 $1,500
  • Positions 22 - 31 $1,000
  • Postions 32 - 50 $750


Program Ads

ETS will be mailing out an abbreviated program to all members and registered attendees. The program will include an overview of the schedule, information on our plenary speakers, and both color and black/white ads. The ads from the program will also be included in the virtual platform. The digital platform ads can include click through links.

All ads will be 8.5 x 11 full page ads. Full page black and white ads are $950. Full page color ads are $1050. Final ad copy will be due by September 4th.

Email Advertisement to Conference Registrants

Advertisements to conference registrants are $400. (Emails can be set up to deliver any time between 9/1 and 12/15)
HTML files should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance of the release date if the email is to be sent out between 9/1 and 10/31. (The order may be placed further in advance, but the HTML files must be submitted at least 10 days before the requested release date.)
The HTML for an email to be delivered between 11/1 and 12/15 must be submitted by 10/30. The advertiser email message must include the following text at the bottom of the page:
“You have received this message as a part of your conference registration with the Evangelical Theological Society. To opt out of ETS Advertiser Emails, please click on the Manage Your Subscription link below and uncheck the ETS Conference Advertisements Email Service Box.”


The virtual platform provides several opportunities for you to highlight your organization.

  • Up to 3 available, moderately visible - Virtual Event Login page - $1,000 (2 available)

All sponsor logos will appear in the upper right hand corner of the platform in a rotating carousel.
