2019 Annual Meeting

The 71st Annual Meeting of the Evangelical Theological Society will be held Wednesday thru Friday, November 20 - 22, 2019 in San Diego, CA. All Sessions, events, and exhibits will be located in the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego.

Continuing Exhibitors

ETS takes space reservations for continuing exhibitors by appointment based on accumulated exhibitor points. At the appointment exhibitors can reserve space for the upcoming year. If an exhibitor opts to not select space during their appointment, the exhibitor may contact ETS at any time thereafter to reserve space from what is available at that time.

Returning or New Exhibitors

New exhibitors and exhibitors who did not exhibit at the last meeting will be able to make space reservations on a first come, first served basis. The floor plan and sponsorship documents will be updated as reservations are made. To make a reservation please email meeting@etsjets.org.

Deposit, Payment, Cancellation, Key Dates

  • A signed agreement and full payment must be submitted within 60 days of invoice or Nov 1, whichever comes first
  • June 30th: Last day to cancel space and receive refund. (See Terms and Conditions for refund details.)
  • Oct 1st: Last day to submit list of exhibitor credentials

Exhibitor Space Package

The cost of each exhibit booth space includes:

  • 8' x 10' or 10’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth (8’ high back wall & 3’ high side drape)
  • 7" x 44" ID sign
  • 3 exhibitor credentials (additional exhibitor credentials may be purchased at $50 each)
  • copies of the printed program
  • and listing in the printed program (Space must be contracted by July 15th for guaranteed inclusion in the printed program.)

Internet and/or electrical service, furniture, and other exhibit services are not included. Please consult the exhibitor kit sent out by Freeman to order these services
