This book discussed the impact of Boko Haram on Nigerian Baptists’ global and local self-image regarding the expression of faith and reaching out in evangelism especially in an Islamic context. It noted the changing faces of Christian response to terrorism, violence, and persecution in the Nigerian Church and how it impacts missionary commitment. It also identified the challenges the Church needs to respond to, the ministry opportunities the challenge offers, and the implications of the Church’s response to these opportunities. It was noted that the response of the Nigerian Baptist will impact other Churches in Nigeria and globally as a result of the paradigm shift in the center of Christianity.
