Description: Bethlehem College & Seminary seeks qualified candidates for a full-time faculty position beginning August 1, 2021. The professor would teach courses in biblical and theological studies, primarily at the graduate level. Faculty rank and salary are determined by credentials and experience.
Requirements

1. Education:
   • The candidate will have a terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Systematic Theology, Biblical Theology, New Testament, or a related field. Applicants in the final stages of their Ph.D. programs will also be considered.
   • Formal seminary training (e.g., M.A. or M.Div.) and church ministry experience is preferred.
2. Personal:
   • The candidate will be a person of sincere Christian faith, personal integrity, and commitment to the doctrine and vision of Bethlehem College & Seminary.
   • The candidate will heartily endorse the Bethlehem College & Seminary Affirmation of Faith and Community Declaration and will be able to become a contributing member of Bethlehem Baptist Church after beginning employment.

Responsibilities:

• Teach 18–22 credits per year, as assigned.
• Engage in ongoing scholarly research and writing activities.
• Advise and mentor M.Div. students, as assigned.
