Montana Bible College seeks an executive level leader to serve alongside the President and other Vice Presidents; to direct and oversee the financial, physical, and human resources of the College; and to provide guidance to its institutional effectiveness efforts. Qualifications/Competencies
Candidates are expected to have both soft and hard skills and competencies befitting the role. The person must be a strong “mission fit” with the College. We strongly prefer an MBA or CPA education along with management-level work experience directly applicable to the job, especially in the education and/or non-profit contexts. Details
This is a salaried and full-time position. It requires living in the Bozeman area and keeping regular office hours. It pays between $50,000 and $60,000 depending on experience and education. MBC’s current Vice President of Finance is retiring, effective June 30, 2022, making the ideal start time-window around April 2022.
