Membership Renewal Reminder

February 15, 2010

Dear Fellow ETS Members,

The year is well underway and many exciting things are taking place in our Society—regional meetings kick off in just a couple of weeks; paper proposals for this year’s annual meeting are being submitted; and the first JETS issue is in pre-press. Don’t miss out on any of the activity by allowing your membership to lapse.

Renewal has never been easier. Click here to renew online. In one easy process, you’ll be able to confirm or update your email and mailing addresses, and renew your membership. The credit card processing system has been completely updated and is faster than ever. A receipt for you renewal is emailed automatically once payment is complete.

Prefer to renew offline? Click here to download a renewal form. Payment can be made by check or credit card and the form can be mailed, emailed, or faxed to the ETS office. All the information you’ll need is on the renewal form.

I want to make sure that you’re aware of a key change taking place this year. In the past, we have mailed back issues of the Journal to members when they renewed late in the year. For 2010, members renewing late in the year will not receive back issues by mail. Instead, back issues of JETS will be made available on the website. So, if you’d like to receive a physical copy of the JETS 53.1, you must renew your membership by March 15, 2010.

You can confirm the status of your membership by logging into the site and checking the Account Status information on the right side of the page. If you have recently mailed your renewal to the ETS office, or have renewed online in the last couple of days, please disregard this reminder. Should you have any questions or need assistance with your renewal, please contact us.

Blessings,
Michael
