Professor of Preaching and Pastoral Ministry

CBT is looking for a full-time, residential professor, whose primary areas of teaching would be in preaching and pastoral ministry. The ability to teach in other academic areas is also valued. Instruction would be conducted at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, in person and online. All professors fulfill various administrative duties such as faculty advising, curriculum oversight, and serving on academic committees.

Qualified candidates will have
 Committed Christian character and evidence of a call to Christian ministry.

Professor of Counseling and Spiritual Formation

CBT is looking for a full-time, residential professor, whose primary areas of teaching would be in counseling and spiritual formation. The ability to teach in other academic areas is also valued. Instruction would be conducted at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, in person and online. All professors fulfill various administrative duties such as faculty advising, curriculum oversight, and serving on academic committees.

Director of Library Services/Faculty

The Director of Library Services at CBT is responsible for all activities related to the utilization of resource materials, equipment, and facilities of the Keith C. Wills Library. The Director sets policy; participates in strategic planning; develops and promotes library resources and services; manages appropriate technologies; proposes and manages the library budget; and oversees library furnishings, equipment, and the archives.

Faculty in Systematic Theology

Wesley Biblical Seminary is accepting applications beginning Sept 1, 2023 for a faculty member in Systematic Theology (Open Rank). Successful appointees will be expected to teach 21 academic hours per year, potentially across all academic programs. In addition, successful appointees will be expected to serve on committees as assigned and facilitate educational programs through WBS’s poly-synchronous platform.

REQUIREMENTS
• A Ph.D. in systematic theology and competence in a secondary area such as historical theology or philosophical theology is welcome
