Key Registration Dates
September 30, 2010: Early registration ends.
- Early registration is open to all members, affiliated society members, and non-members
- Registrations sent by mail must be postmarked by Sept 30, 2010 to qualify for early registration rates
- Fax and email registrations must be submitted by Sept 30, 2010 to qualify for early registration rates
November 5, 2010: Late registration ends.
- Registrations sent by mail must be postmarked by Nov 5, 2010 to qualify for late registration rates
- Fax and email registrations must be submitted by Nov 5, 2010 to qualify for late registration rates
November 12, 2010: Online registration ends.
- All registrations after Nov 12, 2010 will be handled on-site at the registration counter.
Registration and Banquet Ticket Refund Policy
Registration and banquet ticket purchases made before Nov 1, 2010 are fully refundable. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to the ETS office no later than Nov 5, 2010. (Click here to submit your refund request electronically. Click here for fax number and mailing address.) No refund requests will be accepted after Nov 5, 2010.

**The spouse of a member may attend the annual meeting at no charge.
Banquest Tickets: $20 per person
For registrations received by Nov 1, 2010, name badges will be mailed. For registrations received after Nov 1, 2010 name badges will be available at the registration counter.
