Registration for the 65th Annual Meeting will open March 1, 2013

Key Registration Dates
September 30, 2013: Early registration ends (midnight EDT).

  • Early registration is open to all members, affiliated society members, and non-members
  • Registrations sent by mail must be postmarked by Sept 30, 2013 to qualify for early registration rates
  • Faxed registrations must be submitted by Sept 30, 2013 to qualify for early registration rates

October 25, 2013: Pre-registration ends.

  • Registrations sent by mail must be postmarked by Oct 25, 2013 to qualify for regular registration rates

  • All registrations after Oct 25, 2013 must be handled on-site

Registration and Banquet Ticket Refund Policy
Registration and banquet ticket purchases made on or before Oct 25, 2013 are fully refundable. Requests must be made in writing and submitted to the ETS office no later than Oct 31, 2013. (Click here to submit your refund request electronically. Click here for fax number and mailing address.) No refund requests will be accepted after Oct 31, 2013.

  • Full member - $30.00
  • Assoc. member - $30.00
  • Affiliated Society member - $30.00 (Student members of affiliated societies will need to register offline (fax/mail) to receive the student rate.)
  • Student member - $20.00
  • Non-member - $70.00

Registration (Oct 1 - Oct 25, 2013)***

  • Full member - $60.00
  • Assoc. member - $60.00
  • Affiliated Society member - $60.00 (Student members of affiliated societies will need to register offline (fax/mail) to receive the student rate.)
  • Student member - $40.00
  • Non-member - $85.00

On-Site Registration

  • Full member - $75.00
  • Assoc. member - $75.00
  • Affiliated Society member - $75.00
  • Student member - $55.00
  • Non-member - $100.00

**The spouse of a member may attend the annual meeting at no charge.

***Registrations must be postmarked or faxed by October 25 or earlier to be processed. All registrations after October 25 must be done onsite.

Banquet Tickets: $20 per person

For registrations received before Oct 1, name badges will be mailed Oct 15. For registrations received Oct 1-Oct 18, name badges will be mailed Oct 25. Name badges for registrations placed after Oct 18 will be available at the registration desk.
